Devatas: “Now this evening, we speak to you this time regarding the process of the UpLiftment of human Consciousness. It is passing through the Transiting phase - and everyone now is starting to feel an Awakening within them. It is as if the Heart and the Third Eye are starting to stir. It is that the frequencies that surround the planet, and all and every one upon it, are gently nudged into the awareness of a New Dimensional frequency. Your Sun and your Moon – your Father and your Mother, call it that, are in the position now to Borne the earth’s consciousness into its own Higher Capacities. And as that arises, so does all that is connected with Her. Each one of you is interconnected with the earth in a subtle manner, on a subtler frequency for you all belong to the third dimension. And as you Rest your Consciousness so to say, as a cell within the earth’s consciousness, then it is of obvious that it is time that there is a Grand Awakening coming. The cells of the earth do not all correspond to the same frequency. Some are more latent than others. Others are being proven, or we may say, prodded, to stir, before the previously mentioned. And so we come to explain the movement of, let us call it, the two different streams of thought which inhabit your mentalities. You have those who, as you know, are working towards the Light Frequencies and you have those who shall come a little later on. But there is a gap - and there is a large gap between those two frequencies until the time is ripe, let us call it that, that those who have Gone or who are in the process of Going, will be caught up with, by those who will come after. As we have said many times before, it will take time for everything to adjust, but it is no different to the cells upon your own body – some are more subtle than others. Some parts of your body are extremely fast and other parts are rather dense. It is not that one is better than the other - but it is a process - and the process is that of a higher or a lower frequency and speed of movement. Everything in your Galaxy is in the process of Movement - nothing stands still. Chaos itself is in the forming position and without that, nothing would exist. For if anything were not in a state of flux and movement, then nothing would be able to evolve itself – a stagnation would occur and therefore, nothing and no-one would be capable of moving into Higher and Grander levels of Being. It is very difficult to speak to you from our level in words which make sense to you on your level, because as we speak in the realms that are Transcendent to, time and space, then we have to use the terminology of perhaps the Now Moment – which is being grossly misused by many at this time on your planet, not understanding that the Now Moment Itself is a tremendous Expansion of Awareness. In the Now Moment of the third dimension, it appears to be right now. Yet from our perspective – it is Forever – and in That Forever-ness, it is quite possible that much can vary and much evolve and much change. We see through a screen of time, let us call it that, when we speak to you and knowing you in another sense - as Our Selves also, it is possible to communicate much. However it is similar to the enigma of what you call your corn-circles that come down in the fields of England. For you know not what they are in Reality and look at them in awe and say ‘It is a Miracle’. Yet within our level - our Expanded Now-Ness, we see the full capacity of what the circles are. We See their significance – and we Understand the Power that they actually have, that they place into your continuum by their very Presence. You do not see this and you do not know this. Yet on our level, there is a massive Induction and Instruction for Consciousness, given through symbols. And again, it is the same as we said just now, that when we look through the screen of space and time and try to speak to you through the Now-Ness into some form of language that you can understand, it is as if it is being filtered in some respects by the very nature of the third dimension. It is not an easy process sometimes especially when we are dealing with such subtle events as the Change of Consciousness. Consciousness Itself is Unbounded – it is Never-ending – it is Multidimensional as you well know. And as Spiritualised Unbounded Consciousness – its capacities for Advancement and Evolvement are limitless. Yet on your third dimension, you will see that it is tempered by the constructs of a human third dimensional mind, and the scenarios which that mind presents - because of the individual education, culture and background. We have to manufacture words, we have to manufacture expressions to you, which in the simplistic terms, can present for your mind, conditioned in space and time - the Unbounded Reality. It is not that we regard you as simpletons for that would be very wrong indeed - for we Know your potentiality. But you do not know yet your Advanced Evolvement. And it is that Gateway that you must Attune to and Advance through before the mind is capable of actually Perceiving and Knowing your Fullness. You speak in terms of dimensional Gateways and we would say to you that these are indeed, Openings of Consciousness which you do travel through. So as we have just said, your Father and your Mother – your Sun and your Moon, as you have seen over the last few days in space and time, have been eclipsing. And in that sense, from that Eclipsing - comes the Energy and the Energetics and the Vibrational Frequencies which spawn the Nature of the Consciousness both of your earth and all of you upon it. These are times when Star-Systems come together, when Star-Gates Open - to Allow the Consciousness to Descend. And as it does so willy-nilly, it Evolves all that it touches.
