“Now, let us once and for all clear up this little question of your
so-called space-ship coming to your earth. It will be,
as we said previously, an exciting time will it not. But it is
not the most important thing. The most important thing is
the actual Spiritual Evolvement and development of your species
and indeed, this is now what you might call on ‘Fast-Forward’. The Realization
by, let us call them, ‘The Powers That Be’ which you may term your
extra-terrestrial visitations, are such that it is necessary to remove
the so-called ‘Bindings’ for want of a better word, of your 3rd
dimensional thought processes. They’ve held you for so long
now in a totally misguided and, if the truth was known, a misperception
of your reality. So gradually now, the veils will be removed. The problem
for humanity as we have said and you well know, is the fear-basis.
But hopefully as this change in vibrational frequencies occur, then
more and more people will be able to
‘tap-into’’ a frequency of their own
‘Open-Minded-Ness’ - their own
‘Heart-felt’ Reality, as opposed to that of their conditioning. The Beings
within the higher levels, within the dimensions, within the placement
of what is being termed as ‘The Federation of Light’, are now still
in a state of wonder-ment. The reason
being twofold: one – this is actually going to be possible,
and two – that they still must decide whether or not they can intervene
on the specific date of the 14th of October. There will
be misunderstandings of course, on your planet when this occurs, but
having said that, the majority of people will be wide-open. Think if
you will, over the years, and we mean quite a number of years when we
say this, the effect that one man alone has had on the psyche of the
masses. And strangely enough, that was an American actor,
the one that you call Shatner, when he came into everybody’s psyche
through the television sets opening their minds to
‘go where no man has gone before’. And indeed
he has in that way, done more to open the minds of the younger generation
- the generation between forty years of age, and today - to open their
minds to that possibility. And this
is part of the Ex-citation which your people have. Remember that
these stories indeed, went around your globe on your television sets
and were exceedingly popular. At the same
time, as those beings were watching, were growing up, they were Opened
to this Awareness. And now that
Awareness has already been seeded –
it is not such a big leap. The problem as we have said before,
is the fear engendered by your religious structures. However
as time goes on, this will be gently erased. The problem for people
will be that in a sense, they will be expecting some sort of saviour
to appear. It may not be the Buddha, the Christ or whatever.
But in the sense of the space-ship or beings, it is important not
to see them and address them as saviours as such. They
are indeed your brothers and sisters in that sense, but they are also
indeed your own higher awareness, seen from outside of your dimensions
of space and time. This
is not anything which is so unusual if you did but know it.
It is that which has occurred many times before throughout the whole
of your Galactic continuum. For you must understand that there
are many planets with different types of evolvement which are given
a hand in their development, when the time is
ripe. The
difference being, in the earth consciousness and the consciousness of
humanity - which in fact is far Vaster than the species has been allowed
to understand and know. Your
species in fact consciously, has the capacity to move wherever and whenever
throughout all dimensions, once the lid has been taken off the third
dimensional perception. This
is encoded within your DNA. It is obvious is it not that once
this is addressed, then it will be that you will be able to take your
place - your Rightful places within
the Higher and different dimensions, with capacities accorded therein. This sounds
very exciting does it not, but it is not anything very special.
It is in fact the way things are. It is to each his own, as given,
and to each one, if they are so programmed, let us put it that way,
then they shall be able to move wherever and whenever it is necessary,
for them to be of service. We said
to you some time back, about the ability for the human spiritualised
consciousness to move through dimensions and to be able to carry, the
similarity of the Christed consciousness to many different species.
But you must understand when we use this term of Christed Consciousness,
we do not talk in religious terms, neither do we talk in terms of the
past. What
we are referring to is the Wisdom-Heart and the
Ability for the Light of the Heart and the True Conscious Awareness
of the Heart - to Shine – Access
– and Be of Value. So
this is, in one sense if you like to look at it, each
Being is like a particle in that Heart Consciousness
– That Light of the Heart, that can then
go out and become True Star-Seeds for the Unfoldment and the Upliftment
of those who are in need of help. Your channellers
told you that there will be a huge space-ship appearing and that it
will do many acrobatics and many light-frequencies to impress the majority
with. This is not the modus-operandi through which it will
work. For this would be,
in many respects, a circus - and a certain decorum is attached to visitations. What
may be more in keeping, would be that the different frequencies of
Light may then be brought to bare, and as they are brought to bare,
have different effects upon the masses, different
Encodements within the actual DNA. As this
occurs then there is the automatic change of
Focus and Upliftment - but we shall not speak to you too much of
this at this time. There is
within everything a vibrational frequency as you well know.
And if one is able to alter that frequency for the better, then, unlike
your past conditioning, which to a degree may well have used a similar
technique but in a lower frequency - on the higher range of this
scale, you will see, that which can appear to be almost a miracle occurring. We spoke
to you recently about the Seas of your planet and we spoke to you about
the clearing of the pollution, for we said that the pollution as bad
as it appears, is really superficial. Again
it is a case of vibrational frequencies and the waters now are at that
point where they can indeed be Changed. You do not
as yet, recognize or realize the capacity of water or for that matter,
of your oceans. The
Power Embedded in the oceans and the energy which the ocean can give
and present, would automatically help and change your whole society,
were it properly used. And it shall be done so in the fairly
near future. Likewise,
the energies of the air and of the sun which you are
just starting, like infants to explore
– you will be given the depth knowledge of how to work with these
now. And you will see that it is so simple a matter once the
co-ordinates are understood. It is an
exciting process. It would in the past be a slow process, because
all this knowledge so to say, which is still latent within you, within
your depth psyche, would take more time to be exposed. But
if the speeding up is done by the Vibrational frequencies of which we
speak, then the maturity of the understanding and the thoughts and the
processes which go into working with these different elemental structures,
can be put into action very quickly. Remember
that all that you know, all that you see, is indeed an Expression of
Mind and as such, the mind-structures can be changed - therefore reality
is changed. It is simple
when you look at it from that point of view, yet it is incredibly difficult
is it not, on the normal level of perception. There are
things to come in your futures which, and we say this advisedly - futures
plural, there are things to come in your futures which as yet, you have
not understood nor even dreamt of. For you do
not Know the Capacities of the Mind, let alone, as we have said recently,
of the mass-psyche - the externalization of your mind. You do in
fact Create your own reality and as you think, to a degree, so You Are.
These are words which you have heard so many times before.
But as you project your thoughts Consciously - then you are able to
Create on a much Grander scale, than you have recognized in the past. So we ask
you this evening, if you have questions regarding anything we have said
or if you have questions on other subjects? Question:
“So as you said, we create our own reality. Does it mean that
in the past we created our reality in ignorance,
hence the dark side of life, the negative side?” Devatas:
“We would prefer to use the term
‘In innocence’ rather than in ignorance. And indeed, yes.
For, and this may sound difficult to grasp, understanding the nature
of a really subconscious species speaking consciously, then you were
walking in darkness – in the sense of not
being Aware, not able to Perceive or to
Know your Real mental capabilities. You walked
and worked more through a physical and through a truly emotional level,
and in doing so, you were not clear in your thoughts until more recently.
So what you termed karma comes about
– what goes around - does indeed come around. But this
is not something terrible, it is a learning process. If you look
let us say, at your biblical stories here. You have the story
of Lucifer - the fallen angel. The Angel of Light who fell and
who then became, very nicely, transferred by your religious structures,
to be a devil. Yet truly,
this was Pan and was the natural process of the development of this
level of physical consciousness on which you walk now. These
Descents of the Light, let us call it that, into the lowest frequency,
was a Sacrifice, for that Level of Consciousness to descend in
such a way that it was possible to help, through what
you’ve termed cause-and-effect or karma, the lessons to walk through
your development. You learnt
that what goes around comes around, and it was not pleasant but it was
blamed on negativity – it was blamed to a greater degree, on evil
and the devil. And yet neither of these statements were correct. For it was the ‘Descent of the Light’ - to Enable the Consciousness that had Elected to come into these slow vibrational frequencies, which materialize as your 3rd dimension and indeed, your first and second dimensions, and to a degree, your 4th dimension – to Experience the densest particles and to learn through that.
Thus
this was a Great Descent – a Great Sacrifice
– and now gradually, the Light is able to Perceive through its own
darkness. As
it does so then gradually, more and more the tables turn, let us put
it this way. And what was alluded to as darkness and evil
and negativity in the past, is gradually starting to be En-Lightened
until it is Perceived to Be That which it Truly Was
Always – and that is Indeed the Light which Sacrificed Its Self. And
as it Returns through the different experiences, through the different
paradigms, back through the different dimensions, then it clears itself
once more and Returns Into the Love and the
Light of All that Is. Question:
“It is said in some quarters that this
Light-ship’s origin is from the Pleiades and we were
wondering if this is correct. Are these Beings humanoid
or not and will they make their Presence known when they do arrive.

“It is difficult to answer this for the simple reason they are
addressed as ‘The Federation of Light’. Now on your
3rd dimension you have for instance, your big organizations
and you have many countries represented in these organizations.
Now let us take for example your Nato. If you entered your Nato
headquarters, you would see many different delegates from many different
countries, discussing many different issues. And if another country
in your world were to ask what is the Nato’s H.Q., you would say,
well in Brussels. But at the
same time, you might say, it is everywhere around the planet, for all
those countries within it are representative of the Whole, in one way
or another. Likewise,
when you speak of your Federation of Light, they would represent now
the different Star-systems and Planetary-Systems within your galaxies. So to say
whether or not they come from the Pleiades or Lyra or wherever, is difficult
– for they are made up of many, in that sense. It
is that they are a Representative of, a conglomeration of Star-Systems.
Therefore, they are like Ambassadors for the different systems that
they are representative of. They
must be humanoid simply because they must inter-relate with your species.
We say this because, were they to appear in an unfamiliar guise, there
would be indeed fear. So in this sense, they can appear in a way
that is understandable and acceptable to your species. This is
important. When you
dream at night for instance, you have the capacities to take on many
different guises. And you create your dream – but you are the
dreamer. And when you wake up in the morning, you discard all
those guises and are whom and what you are used to being. Now
in that sense, we have to explain that the Beings who come in the space-ship
are capable of taking on a frequency to develop a body that suits whatever
and wherever it is to appear. Now this
may sound strange but we also have to advise you that behind all this
is Consciousness. And they are not in the same sense, physical, as your
3rd dimensional world is. They have long
ago passed that state of development. You yourselves
are in fact not just physical either. You are both astrally orientated
and have an astral body and likewise, a mental and spiritual subtle
body etc. and so forth. These do
not interfere with the perception of your physical reality but they
are there, and when you sleep at night, you go into that astral body
and that field. It is not a problem. And when you are in deep thought,
likewise, you move into the mental capacities and it is not difficult. It is
a vibrational change of Conscious Perception. Likewise,
in a simplified sense, this is the way that the Conscious Beings, will
bring through this craft, and again, it is not remember, a ship in the
sense that you are used to seeing. When
they bring through this craft, it is a Light-Craft. The Light-Craft
is a Frequency – it is a Vibration- and They likewise, are a
Vibration. They have lowered the frequency to
come into the perception of your dimension. But as we have just said,
their own level is Beyond the normal form. So yes indeed,
you may see a humanoid Being - if they present themselves to you. So we Wish
